I'm almost 4 weeks post-op and I feel relatively good. I got 400cc silicones under the muscle. I'm 5'5" and 125 lbs, and was a 36B (small B) before surgery. I'm asking this because I've had quite the "free" time and have done some research (thanks, Google!), and I've found very different answers. Some say wait a few weeks; others a year; others avoid it forever; or that it depends on the size you got. I'm NOT interested in doing any type of pull-ups/chin-ups, but I LOVE my hot yoga.
