I am currently 2 months post op from having breast implants and am very unhappy. The shape is poor, they are high and are spaced out. I had saline implants, round, moderate profile below the muscle. I was a B before and now a D-DD, size 6 AUS. I have seen photos of other girls breasts who look great, which sit together and have that natural sag which I asked to have! When I tense my muscles feel strange especially in my left hand pectoral. Has my doctor potentially made my pockets too small.

Answer: Pockets too small? Actually, you chose obviously big breast implants and you look high and very full as a result. Your surgeon did not make small pockets. Implants are too big for your frame. Totally expected for saline and large breast implants to look this way and take longer to drop and fluff. With these it's going take longer and if your muscles are tight then you should consider asking your surgeon for muscle relaxant. Be patient and continue to massage.Best wishes, Dr. Aldo

Answer: 2 months post op, some advices: Thanks for the question. In my practice, after performing a BA I recommend to my patients to limit the movement of the arms for two weeks. After that, you can move your arms taking care and always with common sense. In this regard, it's not advisable to carry heavy weights to prevent the implant out of position, and allow the formation of the physiological capsule around the implant, also to avoid pain and breast swelling. Kind regards

Answer: BA You are healing well and the implants appear to be evenly spaced with an adequately dissected pocket. I believe because these are moderate profile implants, they appear wide for your narrow frame and thus do not have an optimal shape for your body. Higher profile implants would have been better. Nonetheless, I believe your breast shape will continue to evolve and improve. As your skin stretches a bit with the implants, they will not be so bulging at the top and develop a more natural ptotic look.
