While they won't alter the natural footprint of the breast on the chest wall, they can affect the perceived positioning. Alternatively, extra full implants from certain brands can offer a fuller appearance, potentially addressing your concerns. Your doctor is incorrect. The low footprint can be corrected using The Bellesoma Method. However, at this time, I recommend is explantation and lift then wait 6 months and consider fat transfers or repeat totally submuscular implants. The Bellesoma Method will remove the implants, reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery.
