I'm 30 years old and have breastfed two babies. I had a consultation and the doctor told me I could do a donut lift with 350cc and 375cc silicone implants under the muscle. I am currently a C cup and would like to be a DD. I want a rounder, perkier but natural look and I think my biggest concern is the size of my arreola. I love the idea of avoiding as many scars as possible but I also dont want larger, saggier breasts. I've included my photos and a goal photo. Thanks in advance!

Answer: Breast lift Dear momma2twocrazies, my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Lift Measurements are needed to be sure, but I doubt the doughnut lift will be adequate for you. You will probably do much better with the vertical lift, just based on your photos.
