Am I a good candidate for a donut lift with implants? (photos)

Based on your goal pic, a donut lift would be insufficient. You would most likely need a full lift, and an areola reduction could be performed at the same time.

The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers or small implants can be placed totally submuscular.

my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Measurements are needed to be sure, but I doubt the doughnut lift will be adequate for you. You will probably do much better with the vertical lift, just based on your photos.

Based upon the wish pic posted vs your self posted photos your goal at this point is very unrealistic. First loose weight of abut 15+ pounds. Then you must understand you have ptosis of the breasts or hanging breast. The only way to elevate your sag is a full or L shaped lifting as stage 1. After 4-6 months healing stage2 implants to attain the DD cup. YES scar are a possibility.
