My surgeon has told me that I will need a lift which I’m happy to do but I was initially hoping to go bigger in size than what was recommended. My chest measurements are 11.25 a 285 mini motiva ergo or I pushed him for a 300cc Demi which is the biggest he will go. I will also need an Areola reduction (still unsure if I want it) and fat grafting. I have a small frame and figure I don’t want to go massive but I want boobs. I’ll attached an inspo photo and then what I am working with at the moment
Answer: Implants Your surgeon who has examined and measured you will be the best one to tell you what range of sizes works best with your frame and tissue. Please do not choose an implant that is too heavy, or you will just sag over time. The wish photo you submitted is too large for your frame.

After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Mildly Sagging Breasts: If your breasts are mildly droopy, a saline or silicone gel implant placed behind the pectoral muscle might help create the illusion of perkiness. That’s because as the implant fills out the top of the breast, it also fills out the bottom, making it look as if the nipple has moved higher. It hasn’t. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers or small implants can be placed totally submuscular.

Answer: Breast augmentation Obviously a physical exam would better answer your questions, BUT....I feel you can certainly fit more and would need larger implants to get your wish pics. Go for several consultations with board certified plastic surgeons before making your final decision.
