Thank you for your questions. While I appreciate your creative approach, I would not advise this as a reasonable option. Kybella is meant for treatment of small and very specific areas of fat. It is FDA approved for submental fullness but has been used in off-label areas such as jowls, bra-line, and other small areas of concentrated fat with some success. However, using it an an area such as a breast is not wise since there are other structures within a breast (glands, ducts, etc) that are unknown as to how they will react to the treatment. Furthermore, even if your breast was mostly fat tissue, to make any significant change in your breast size, you would have to inject a massive amount of product over several treatments and this would cost an excessive amount of money (probably easily 10s of thousands of dollars). The bottom line is that if you are relatively healthy, you should have nothing to worry about in regards to breast reduction surgery. It is an outpatient procedure with minimal risk in the right patients. My breast reduction patients are some the happiest patients in my practice. If you truly are desperate, then I would advise you having a consultation with a local board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your concerns and review your options. Several (including me) offer free consultations for cosmetic surgery, so it would be of no obligation or risk to you to go to a consultation just to get information if you wanted.Hope this helps!
