Can I stretch one on my nostrils overtime to match the other without surgery?

Ever sense I was little I had trouble breathing out of the right side of my nose and the right nostril has always been smaller than the other. I've had deviated septum surgery but I got scared and didn't have the doctor fix the nostril out of fear that he might mess it up. That was almost 2 years ago and my breathing is fine, but my nostril is still small and I want nothing more than the two to be even! Is there any way I can naturally attach the nostril with time?

Unfortunately, adding injectable fillers into the tip of somebody's nose may lead to a wider nasal tip appearance. In our experience, the most reliable way of achieving a desired narrowing of somebody's nasal tip, is with rhinoplasty surgery. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
