Unfortunately, pushing the tip of your nose up repetitively and daily up will accomplish little--even if you hold it for an hour or even several hours, for that matter. However, a nonsurgical nose job using a volumizing filler to support, elevate, and rotate up the tip, can accomplish this in a matter of a minute or two in experienced hands, and the results may last up to 1.5 years or more. Back when I first started performing nonsurgical nose jobs about fifteen years ago, my favorite volumizing filler was Radiesse. These days, I prefer a combination of Restylane Lyft and Voluma for this purpose in my Manhattan office and Hyaluronica 2 and Restylane Volyme in my Israel satellite facility, where a far greater number of regulatory agency approved volumizers are available. Be certain to consult with a board certified aesthetic physician with experience and expertise in performing nonsurgical nose jobs and make sure to ask to see his/her before and after photos before agreeing to proceed. Best of luck.
