Outie belly button: procedures to reduce the size of the belly button. (Photos)

I've always had a weird belly button wit grew smaller as I got older but I am very insecure about it. I was wondering if there are any procedures to reduce the size of the belly button and make it an innie or as close to as possible. I'm 19 I've had no surgery done or any medical issues. Also how much would the surgery cost roughly. Thank you
