What can I do about my asymmetrical face (caused by uneven sun exposure)?

Usually, I see the exact opposite, that is the left side of the face gets more exposure from the driver's side. Without photos, it is difficult to tell what your options are.  If you are over 50, a facelift may be you best option.  It would help to see photos.
