Asymmetrical double eyelid lines after surgery. Will it even out? (Photo)

It's been 11 days since blepharoplasty. I have asked both eyes for an out line. A lot of swelling has gone down very fast and my left eye is an in-out line, which starts from inside the corner, and the right eye is an outline as you can see in the picture. Will it even out? Is it just due to swelling and healing like what people say? I feel that fold will not unfold because I have thin eyelid lines. Worried because I'll be leaving back to the states soon.
