I had a revisional bleph, 7mm incision with 3 anchoring, permanent nylon sutures @ skin-tarsus-skin. Now my lashes are everted and my upper lid margin is exposed. I know my crease hasnt fully settled, but what are my options aside from massage? Suture removal for loosening the anchor? 5FU? Help!!!
Hello, is it possible to remove excess eyelid skin without disrupting the work from previous surgeries on the eyes? For more context, I have had a total of 3 double eyelid/ptosis surgeries on my eyes. Ptosis is finally fixed after the last revision. However, the eyelid skin still hangs on top of it giving it a heavy hooded look. How difficult is it to remove that excess skin without messing up the ptosis work and how risky is it?
I had undergone upper blepharoplasty 8 months ago. Im generally pleased with the results but bother my the fold cover the inner corner of my left eye which makes the right lid height smaller than the left. Would revision surgery help this asymmetry? Do you think the results are acceptable? I appreciate your professional input. Thank you.
I had a double eyelid surgery 3 years ago, and noticed that after my eyelids have fully healed from the surgery (and all swelling has subsided), that I now have triple eyelids. Usually in the morning, my eyes will look normal (with a double eyelid), but a few hours later, they will turn into triple eyelids. The more rested I am, the more frequent it will be triple eyelids. What procedures would I need to fix this, and make it double eyelid throughout the day?
Is the natural anatomy of my right eye suitable for a parallel eyelid crease shape like my left eye's without the need for an epicanthoplasty? I am Asian with natural double eyelids and looking to improve their symmetry. To be clear, I have been medically examined and do not have ptosis in my left eyelid.
during double eyelid surgery is it possible to combine it with the traditional blepharoplasty removing excess/loose eyelid skin? to achieve a double eyelid crease as well as removing unwanted skin in the same procedure?
Hi !! I need some guidance please. I have a set upper bleph appointment under local anesthesia April 25th now (unplanned) Im 3 weeks pregnant - Im getting an abortion pill tomorrow the 6th. Im 46. I get Botox every 3 months in these areas. What can I do to prevent under eye and nose wrinkling when I smile? It drives me nuts. Maybe my Botox is not applied correctly. Would an under eye skin pinch help? Or filler or prp? Ive done lasers and microneedling with RF too.
Im reaching out because I think my left eyelid is slightly less pronounced than my right. I had an injury to my eye when I was 7-8 and it looks like its swollen still, plus it looks lower than the right, and maybe further back.
