My eyelid fold is above the incision/stitch area. Is this normal? (Photos)

I am Day 9 of my Asian double eyelid surgery. I have noticed my fold is above where the doctor cut/stitched me up. Is this normal? He said it should fall into place once my swelling goes down but I don't think this is normal. I am assuming now that my crease will be higher than we intended for because he made the fold higher in my muscle but followed through with the 7mm on my skin (if that makes sense). I have attached some Pictures. Please advise.
