The swelling in my eyes just don’t seem to be getting better. I had my eyes done before and it wasn’t this swollen at six weeks. Is it because it was a revision? I am stressed out and feeling extremely conscious about my eyes and don’t feel like going anywhere.

It's a bit more swollen than usual at 6 weeks post-op.  However, it is not unusual for the swelling to be prolonged after a revision eyelid surgery.  You can try warm compress, bromelain supplement, head elevation and decrease sodium intake and see if that'd speed up the healing.  In my practice, I find LED light therapy to be very beneficial as well.  It's also important to follow up closely with your surgeon.  Good luck!Goretti H.
