Will my crease height get even lower in a few months?

Hello I just got an asian double eyelid surgery 7 days ago (I know I’m still in the recovery period). I have some issues I was hoping you could give me more information for a better piece of mind. 1) My doctor did an 8mm incision but I originally wanted 10mm and he said that was too big. Will my crease height get even lower in a few months?

Thanks for your photos. Yes the eyelid crease will lower as the swelling from your surgery subsides. I agree with your doctor that with and incisional surgery like yours 10 mm is way too high. You look like your on your way to a very nice result.Good luck

The appearance and height of your creases will continue to change as your eyelids heal and the swelling resolves over the course of this year.  Symmetry will likely improve as you heal, but follow up closely with your surgeon to ensure the best results.

Yes, the crease size will be lower as healing takes place. Typically in my experience, when healing takes place crease height will reduce about 30 %
