Hi, I suffer from various problems with my nose. The first one is the inverted V deformity which doesn't bother me as other problems, another one is deviated septum which causes me pain in the tip of the nose due to cartilage pointing to the side. I want to know what procedure would be the most suitable for me that would put an end to these problems (especially the pain) that I will not require another surgery because I'm really frustrated.
Answer: Revision rhinoplasty Hello! Thank you for your question. From the information and photos you provided the only solution is a revision rhinoplasty surgery under general anesthesia. I understand that you may be frustrated and afraid, but believe me you will feel way better once it's finished. The sticking cartilage will move even more with time and the more you wait the more your revision rhinoplasty surgery may be complicated.Best regards!

Answer: Nasal tip pain after rhinoplasty surgery is uncommon. Based on your narrative and your photos, and examination would be necessary to determine what might be best for you moving forward. If you are experiencing pain at the protuberance of cartilage involving your left tip, sometimes microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections can be helpful for putting a cushion in between the edge of cartilage and the skin. Please consult with several reputable rhinoplasty specialists so you can see what might be the source of your discomfort and see what might be best for you moving forward. I hope this is helpful. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
