I had primary rhinoplasty over a year and a half ago and have had 3 rounds of kenalog shots to reduce excessive swelling. But it keeps coming back and the shots only work for a few months. I have heard 5FU shots can be used for people with thick skin, is this a viable option for me? Or is revision rhinoplasty the only way? Im devastated and dont know if i can afford another surgery :(

Hello! Thank you for your question. From the information and photo you provided, it may be cartilage sticking out of your nasal bridge.I would recommend you a revision rhinoplasty to correct it. It is very high on the bridge so without a revision rhinoplasty it is not possible to correct it....
Probably your nasal tip will look a bit wider over the time. Depends on the technique your nose may look more defined as well. Please keep in touch with your doctor.
