I am very unhappy with the area around the mouth I feel like I have lines showing And make up tends to sit in these areas. I was told this may take more than one syringe and for what that cost there are other treatment such as laser and I wanted to know if I should look into something else besides fillers since my lines are so deep. Thank you In advance
Answer: Dermal fillers and Morpheus 8 Hi @jsherman101. I would recommend ~1.5 syringes for your nasolabial folds. In addition, I recommend Morpheus 8. Morpheus8 is a non-surgical treatment for full body skin resurfacing, skin tightening, and fat reduction of stubborn areas. It uses minimally invasive fractional radiofrequency energy (RF) to penetrate the skin deeper than other microneedling devices, triggering the skin’s natural healing response to promote skin tightening and lifting. Best of luck, Dr. Nima.

Answer: Juvederm Hello. As you know, nothing can replace an in-person exam by an experienced plastic surgeon. By your photos, it seems that you'll need two syringes. Juvederm could be your best choice, but remember that for the best results, your treatment may include your cheek and lips. Good Luck!

Answer: Dermal Fillers Most Common Treatment for Nasolabial Folds Thank you for your question and photos. It does appear you would need more than one syringe to treat your nasolabial folds. You might also consider augmenting the cheeks with additional filler, which would further enhance the appearance of your lines. Filler is the most common option for treating nasolabial folds. While lasers might offer a myriad of skin rejuvenation benefits, these creases are usually too deep to respond well. To ensure an optimal outcome, make sure you are working with a board-certified dermatologist with ample experience and expertise in dermal fillers.

Answer: Skin rejuvenation can be achieved with surgical and non surgical options Finding a permanent solution for lines around the mouth is challenging. There are many options such as filler injections, chemical peels, laser treatments (Nonablative as well as resurfacing) and of course mid face lifting and short scar face lifting. It really depends on what you're specifically interested in and they're all sorts of combinations. I would recommend that you see a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area that is a member of both ASPS & ASAPS and performs a lot of facelift surgery but also offers all the nonsurgical options such as injectables and laser treatments. Go over your concerns with them and make sure above all, you walk out of there with several options and an idea of the pros and cons to each of them as well as realistic expectations.I hope my answer helps and if it does, please take a moment to up vote this answer on the “respond” button on the top right.
