After I had injections done 3 weeks ago I experiance a bad coldsore(I never get them) on my outer lip area. After I started to notice I have tiny dots all around the middle of my upper lip. I am getting a biopsy the end of the month, my dr believes possible pre-cancerous spot right around where these assumptive blackheads/dots are. Could it be the other underlying issue? I'm not sure if I need to call the plastic surgeon or my family dr.
