Could you please suggest which surgeries I would need to obtain a large almond eye shape (Kendall Jenner)? (Photo)

Hi zaynay111 - A couple of thoughts. First, looking at your photo,  much of the asymmetry is due to a droopiness of the left upper lid. This "ptosis "as it's known, could be related to your Botox if you've had it in the last month or so, or it may be genetic. Fixing a "congenital ptosis" is exceptionally difficult  and best left to  surgeons who specialize in that.  They are rare.  secondly, compared to your ideal photos, you have what's known as  lateral scleral show.  In other words, you see more white of the eye then in your ideal photos out toward the ear.  Correcting this surgically  is tricky, especially in our young beautiful girl who won't tolerate scars well. A slick little trick that might help you would be to have fillers injected in that area. You may have cosmetic specialists in your area who might be able to help you along those lines.  Bottom line – don't enter into surgery lightly, explore other options first. 

thankyou for your question. From your photo it appears that you have a mild ptosis of your left upper eyelid. Is this a recent phenomenon or has it always been this way. Botox can certainly cause this and if you have just had some to try and raise your eyebrows it may well be the culprit. If so it should wear off in 3 or 4 months. If you are considering having eyelid surgery it is very important that all Botox is out of your system at the time of assessment with your doctor so that they can make a true judgement on what your normal lid position is.
