As you can tell from the picture, my eyes are extremely asymmetrical and is of a round shape I really don't like. I've had Botox placed in my brow area to try to raise it. It has helped to a very small degree but I'm obviously not happy with the results. There are no doctors in my country who specialize in eye surgery , so I'd be willing to travel wherever need be. Really desperate to get this done.

This would make the two eyelids much more symmetric. I think you would like this. However the "slanted" shape of an eye is more of an expression that anything else. I suspect that is will not achieve the result you have in mind.
Thank you for the photos and your question. As this is your first surgery, it is not surprising that you may have doubts about what to expect. According to the photos, it appears to be healing well. Eyelid skin is very thin. As long as the edges are approximated, it heals very well....
Unfortunately there is no way to tell why your eyes are asymmetric if there is true proptosis based on the limited pictures and history you've posted.I also don't know what the background of your doctor is. There is a possibility of pseudotumor Occuli which should be evaluated by a board...
