Five days post upper eye blethoplasty. All looks well, with the exception of one small area. The skin is raised, and almost has the appearance of a skin tag. Was the suture pulled too tight? Or not tight enough? This is my first cosmetic surgery ever and I'm a bit concerned. Should I be? Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately there is no way to tell why your eyes are asymmetric if there is true proptosis based on the limited pictures and history you've posted.I also don't know what the background of your doctor is. There is a possibility of pseudotumor Occuli which should be evaluated by a board...
Your request is not totally unreasonable but needs to be fleshed out a little more. First, I would use Tyson Beckford as an example of what you want. The eyes are important but cheekbones, nasal contours, shape of the brow, submalar contouring and overall shape of the face are equally important...
The number of steristrips applied by your surgeon is really up to them, but shouldn’t be a cause of concern for you. Maybe your surgeon just wanted to provide extra support for your incisions. They’ll all be removed eventually, or fall off.
