All my life I've felt negatively about how my eyes look and have been longing for change. Is it possible to achieve a look like the 2nd picture below with my current eyes? And how close would I come to the look of the 2nd picture realistically? Also what procedures would be used and what'd be the ballpark of what I'd spend in total? Thank you doctors for taking time out your day to answer!
