One year post coolsculpting, right thigh has contour deformity due to incorrect placement , What can be done about this ? Can it be corrected if so how ? I don't want the shadowing that it's causing . IT IS NOT Hyperpigmentation . It's definitely a botched coolsculpting placement. Left thigh is perfect , right thigh has a shadow .

From your photograph, it is hard to see any type area of deformity you are discussing.  CoolSculpting will not cause hyperpigmentation. 
Did you follow up with the provider who did your first treatment to discuss your concerns?
How much experience did this person have and how much research about their experience did you gather?

It is difficult to appreciate the area which bothers you because there is a slight difference in the positioning and lighting between the photographs. It would be advisable to look for a facility which has the latest , petite applicator,  and see  if you would be a candidate.  Re treatment of the upper part of the thigh may reduce some of the fat deposit in that area and help to better contour it to your liking.

Unfortunately, this is a common result with cool sculpting. There are several patients that have this happen and the only way to fix it best is with high definition liposuction. I have revised many cool sculpting mishaps like this and have found that using HD lipo with VASER technology allows the fat to be melted down and then suctioned out. Your skin will be flat again and tight to your body without the shadowing that you don't like.
