At 32 I was shocked and devastated when I began noticing rapid hair loss and large bald spots. After a diagnosis of Alopecia Areata with telogen effluvium I went to a dermatologist for steroid injections. 5 months of steroid injections brought slow, minimal results. I decided to try PRP at Park Avenue Medical Spa. After 1 month of PRP, along with minoxidil and supplements given by Dr. Tchelebi I had a noticeable decrease in overall shedding and my bald spots started filling in rapidly. Excellent experience. MD Tchelebi-Moscatello has a soft touch and does a great time explaining scheduled procedures. I had Botox on my forehead, glibella and upper lip. Her new Skinceulicals office is state of the art and beautiful, I’ll definitely be back.

After visiting Park Avenue Medical Spa In Armonk I was beyond impressed with the beautiful spa and friendly, knowledgeable staff. The entire staff at park ave medical spa was extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I felt little to no pain during my treatment,and had minimal swelling and no bruising whatsoever. I continue to have great experiences with all Park Avenue Medical Spa staff. I have had multiple laser procedures that have done wonders for my face. I had very noticble hyperpigmentation that is now barely visible!
