When the 1000's of small incisions are made in and around your thinning hair recipient area, are the existing hair follicles damaged? I ask this question as i have seen a bit of a pattern with people who have second transplants of similar numbers of transplants to the first and the results always seem to be slightly disappointing. I too noticed that the fine thinning hairs that i had on the front of my forehead pre FUE haven't returned now 8 months after the procedure. Thanks
