Answer: NeoGraft Thank you for your question, Mundhir. It sounds like you have experienced shock loss on the donor area hear - do not worry as it will grow back. The transplanted hair must shed itself before regrowth. I suggest you consult with the board certified facial plastic surgeon who performed your procedure for further detail.Best wishes,

Answer: You should always follow your doctors post operative recommendations. If you believe you lost your hair due to a massage follow You should always follow your doctors post operative recommendations. If you believe you lost your hair due to a massage follow up with your doctor for a recheck. It is unlikely something would happen after 25 days, but it is not possible to say for sure from a description.

Answer: Shedding post transplant This is normal and you did the right thing. The hairs go into a dormant stage following the transplant. They act like your finger nail when you whack it good with a hammer. The nail falls off and then you get a new one later on. You want to get rid of any hair that is in the dormant phase because otherwise these dormant hairs will likely cause a pimple like reaction as the body tries to get rid of the non-growing, dormant hairs. Anything that is not elongating should come out. Often this occurs naturally, but other times you have to help it along.

Answer: Shedding Most patients see the majority to all of their transplanted hair fall out within the first two months. This is totally expected and you just have to wait for the hairs to start growing back in the upcoming months! If it was natural hair that's slightly more worrying but still not uncommon- talk to your doctor about it in this case as you probably have shock loss.

Answer: Post massage hair loss This is normal and a good therapy. Coconut oil can be used alternatively. Massage well with moderate pressure for 5 minutes, 3 times weekly. The hair that has been rubbed off will regrow at month 3 post procedure.
