I really have a big nose and I really hate it every time I see it in mirror iam annoying because the shape of my nose, is apple cider vinegar can make small my nose?

Hi and thanks for your question. I don’t recommend trying to make your nose smaller with these methods. Unfortunately, you would probably need to have surgical rhinoplasty. Because the non surgical procedure can only add, it cannot solve all nasal aesthetic issues. Your nose looks like it would need surgical reduction. The good news is, if you can find a very experienced and qualified rhinoplasty specialist, you have a great chance at having a wonderful result. Hope that helps!

Your photo appears to show a wide nasal appearance and thick nasal tip skin. Rhinoplasty surgery may be considered for achieving a narrower nasal tip appearance. Vinegar and toothpaste may be good for salads and oral hygiene, but not for changing the shape of your nose. Thank you. Dr Joseph

My first two comments are that your nose is in keeping with your ethnicity and that it is not particularly large. Regardless, do not do what you have suggested, as, firstly, it shan't do what you think it shall, and secondly, I suspect that you shall end up hurting yourself. 
A non-surgical rhinoplasty (i.e. a liquid nose job) is 'not' for you.  You do not need to add more volume, so do not be coerced into this.  If you are really upset by the size and/ or shape of your nose, then see a surgeon who is 'experienced' in this field.

Hi len988,I took a look at your photo and do not find it huge or disfiguring. Definitely neither vinegar or paste will reduce the size. It might just infect your nose which is dangerous as the cavernous sinus of the nose is connected to other sinuses in the head making the spread of infection easy.The definitive treatment would be surgery but you can also try having a liquid nose job (non-surgical rhinoplasty).All the best, Justin Harper, M.D.
