I had dermal fillers injected on Thursday on the bridge of my nose and a bit on the tip to cover up an old indented scar. It is now Sunday and the swelling is still there. - Spotted redness on the right side of my nose. - The tip of my nose is swollen and sore, always pink. - Small dark spot on tip of nose - Left nose has hard bump that shouldnt be there. Feels as though the liquid has migrated or leaked to the left? Is this normal? Should I be worried? What can I do to reduce the swelling?

Your photo appears to show a wide nasal appearance and thick nasal tip skin. Rhinoplasty surgery may be considered for achieving a narrower nasal tip appearance. Vinegar and toothpaste may be good for salads and oral hygiene, but not for changing the shape of your nose. Thank you. Dr Joseph
Some people experience more swelling after a non-surgical nose job treatment than others. If you are still dissatisfied after your swelling has resolved, the dissolving enzyme works extremely well for dissipating HA after injection in the nose. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
In general, if somebody has a pointy nasal tip appearance with thin nasal skin, microdroplet Silikon 1000 nasal injections may be considered for permanently adding nasal tip volume and achieving a round or nasal tip appearance. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
