Hello, Five months ago I had a rhinoplasty in Turkey. I had some work done on the bridge and tip of my nose. I also have a deviated nasal septum (deviation to the left) but unfortunately, and I don’t know why, the surgeon has not straightened that during the surgery. Although my new nose looks way better than my old nose, I still think it looks unnatural. To me it looks like someone scooped out my nose. I’m considering revision but what would I need to get that natural looking straight nose?

Answer: Is revision rhinoplasty the right choice for you?
It is hard to say why your nose remains crooked. Usually it's a persistent deviated septum, asymmetry of the upper lateral cartilages with a collapse on one side and/or a fullness or angulation on the other or skin or subcutaneous fat on the underside of the nasal skin which is unnoticed when...
A CT scan or x-rays is generally not indicated for nose surgery, unless there is something very unusual happening such as prior major trauma, a tumor, etc. This is also the case for a lot of other facial surgery.
Hi @Anony45. Yes, it is possible to widen the upper bridge during revision rhinoplasty with cartilage grafts. I recommend seeing an expert revision rhinoplasty specialist for an in person examination. There are several options for you that can be determined after examination. Best of luck, Dr. Nima.
