I need revision rhino & septoplasty for breathing - nasal valve collapse & deviated septum - one surgeon said CT not needed & another said he always does it and used in surgery. Will I get better results by picking a surgeon that refers to CT scan when he operates? Should I be worried if surgeon doesn't use it?

From the side profile photographs, it appears that you had a dorsal hump reduction which makes the nose look Long in the vertical axis. There is also a hanging columella present in all of the photographs. A revision rhinoplasty with a columella-plasty can accomplish shortening the nose.
