Is it possible to re-widen the nasal bones and upper bridge during revision rhinoplasty? What techniques are used to do this? Is there a high risk of complications to widen the bones? My nasal bones and upper bridge are way too narrow now and do not balance with the rest of my nose or features.

From the side profile photographs, it appears that you had a dorsal hump reduction which makes the nose look Long in the vertical axis. There is also a hanging columella present in all of the photographs. A revision rhinoplasty with a columella-plasty can accomplish shortening the nose.
Small cartilagenous bumps, even bony ones, can be shaved down with a needle under Local anesthetic. It is quite simple to do, but sometimes needs to be done a few times.
