What's the solution for chronic yeast infections possibly caused by dryness from Accutane?

I would suggest you to see a gynecologist who can exam you to find out what is the issue.
I general Co2 laser or Radiofrequency microneedling like Morphous8V are a good option to increase collagen in vaginal wall which as result it will increase moisture of vagina.

The use of Accutane 7 years ago is unrelated to your current symptoms. You should seek consultation with a gynecologist.

As a gynecologist with over 25 years experience, I see so many women with itching and irritation and they assume they are having yeast infections. When I do a history and exam, we discover that it is not yeast but something else, like lichen sclerosis, lichen simplex or more commonly, a contact dermatitis.
The Accutane probably caused severe dryness, but then this morphed into chronic inflammation with scratching and other irritants. If you have not seen a board-certified gynecologist, I definitely recommend that. Avoid all scented soaps on your vagina and also try applying Aquafor after wiping, which can be very soothing.

Taking Accutane seven years ago would not be responsible for vaginal dryness today. I encourage you to begin by visiting with your OB/Gyn to look into the yeast infections.
