I have had rhinoplasty 15 mounts ago It seems like that my nostrils were Asymmetrical even before surgery but it was less noticeable because my nose was downward. Now one nostril height is more than the other and this makes me really sad. What could be done to correct this asymmetry?

Hello!Thank you for your question
As far as I can understand from your question
After the surgery, the nose is quite edematous and it takes 1 year for this edema to completely pass, but in the 4th month, 70% edema goes down, I recommend you to follow the process.
