Based on your photos, I would recommend against further surgery. If you have nostril asymmetry, and nostril retraction, depending on your examination, microdroplets Silikon 1000 nasal injections may be considered for achieving a more symmetrical nostril appearance on front view. The asymmetry is mild. However, if it bothers you the nostril can be brought down with cartilage grafting. This does risk the nostril to become thicker with the graft. You also risk further complications from the corrective surgery.
With rhinoplasty it is always better to quit while you are ahead. Do your research, weigh the risks and benefits and only then proceed.

Thank you for posting your question here.let me start by saying that my answer will be based on the limited information and pictures presented , for a more in depth answer and a bespoke plan please consult with your plastic surgeon.When it comes to your nostrils , you are right in your assessment , you probably had that asymmetry prior to your surgery but it become obvious after the tip was lifted. The fix is actually quite easy and for the most part can be performed under local anesthetic , given that the actual nostril including the sill appear to be more redundant on one side, a nasal sill excision will probably fix that issue. I would recommend that you consult with your surgeon and discuss your concerns, but rest assured that there is a relatively easy fix for this issue.I hope this helps, Good luck!
