Question

I got a rhinoplasty a year ago and I noticed that there’s a bump on the side of my nose and it’s noticeable. It kinda makes it look like my lose is leaning to the left side but i think it’s got to do with the contouring of the nose.

I can see that you have a small convexity along the sidewall of your nose. If this is the case, osteotomies may need to repeat be repeated to move the sidewall of your nose closer to the midline for a straighter nasal appearance. This should not be a major undertaking. Hi,
It looks like the bump you're seeing might be because the nasal bone on the right side didn’t move as much as the bone on the left during your surgery. Sometimes, the bone can shift back a little during healing, which can happen naturally and isn’t anyone’s fault. 
The good news is this can likely be fixed with a quick, simple surgery and depending on your surgeon may not require opening your nose again. I’d recommend reaching out to your surgeon to talk about this option.

Based on your pictures, it looks like your nose is deviated more towards your right not the left.
You didn’t include a question so I’m not sure what you’re trying to achieve.
To make a quality assessment we typically need a complete set of proper before and after pictures.
We usually assess the nose in context to the rest of the face.
Facial asymmetry is present in all people.
