Injured bridge 18 months after rhinoplasty - should I be worried about possible damage to results? (photo)

A small metal door from a dog cage fell onto the bridge of my nose about a week ago. My rhinoplasty was 1.5 years ago. I now have a small amount of swelling to the bridge of my nose that I can only see when I look at my nose from the side. When I press on the swelling, it does not hurt but it does feel hard. Should I be concerned that I have fractured my nose or damaged my rhinoplasty results? I did have some bruising but no bleeding or pain. No pain with movement or manipulation.
