Is this snoopy deformity? I'm a year post-op (Photo)

jeewlssss
I'm a year post op from my breast augmentation. I recently noticed my left breast is more oval shaped than the right, which is more round. I can also feel the implant on the lower pole for the rounder right boob. I feel some extra tissue for the left and I can't feel the implant as much. What could this be? Has it not dropped on the left as much as the right? And also, photo shown is the left breast. Is that a waterfall deformity?
