Difficult without before photographs to comment but if you were borderline for a lift at the time of your implant placement then yes this is a waterfall deformity and will require a lift to correct. If your nipple was well-placed and high on your chest then the implant did not fully settle and you will need a revision done on the implant capsule to seek improvement. Hope this helps.

No two breasts are the same with that there are several things can possibly be going on here, Of course without a proper physical examination it is difficult to assess and give you accurate advice. It can be that your implant is sitting higher, or that there is a slight degree of capsular contracture or your natural breast tissue is falling over time and a lift/reshaping maybe indicated. You should seek in person consultation with your plastic surgeon.

Your implant is still sitting somewhat high and has not completely dropped. I would suggest going back to your surgeon and discussing your options.
