Liposuction will not solve your problem. If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight.

While liposuction does an excellent job at removing excess fat in the body, you will be left with excess skin. With this in mind, I recommend an abdominoplasty to give you the best overall aesthetic. An abdominoplasty will be able to remove the excess tissue between the umbilicus and the pubic region, create a more youthful umbilicus, and repair your rectus muscles that may have separated during child bearing. This will leave you with a flatter, smoother contour to the abdomen. I also tend to liposuction the flanks in order to provide an hour glass figure. Liposuction is able to take care of a lot of the excess abdominal fat In the abdomen, but will not address stretch marks or the abdominal musculature.If you have a separation in your abdominal muscles, repair of this would require abdominoplasty.
