What should I do to smooth out my horizontal neck lines? (Photo)

Hi, I've just turned 29 and I have always been blessed with good skin, except for the skin on my neck. Since I was a child I've had a massive horizontal neck line that becomes more and more pronounced . This line is probably hereditary so I am skeptical about any permanent solution to it, but I was wondering if the dermal fillers can be of any help? Thank you!

Yes, you can try a dermal filler like Juvederm or Restylane Silk to help improve the horizontal line in the neck.  If that is not enough, sometimes, a combination treatment maybe best combining Microneedling + PRP with a dermal filler.

Thank you for your question and photo. When injected directly into the neck bands, Botox targets the platysma muscle, reducing its activity to minimize the appearance of the horizontal lines. This treatment option can also prevent the banding from getting worse over time when an appropriate dosage and injection schedule are maintained.

Hello,thank you for the photo and the question.YES. if you want to see immediate results then fillers can temporarily improve the neck horizontal lines. Depends on the filler it would last 6 -12 months.In addition, you could help by using skin tightening creams available. try more of medical skin care lines for better reliability.Hope the Best  --- Dr Ray

Thank you for your question. Botox can lessen the appearance and smooth out the wrinkles that you are concerned about. Another option is using a thin filler to smooth out these lines such as Belotero. Novathreads can also be used in these lines. I place PDO sutures which dissolve in these neck lines, and while these absorb, collagen will be stimulated. Hope this helps!
