Another option is using a thin filler to smooth out these lines such as Belotero. Novathreads can also be used in these lines. I place PDO sutures which dissolve in these neck lines, and while these absorb, collagen will be stimulated. Hope this helps!

Thank you for your question. I like to use Restylane as it is a thinner product that works well for the hollowness under the eyes. I use a cannula to minimize pain and bruising. Effects are noticeable immediately. You may have a little bit of swelling for a few days. All my patients have been very happy with this product. Also, you minimize the Tyndall effect with this product, which is a bluish tinge that you may see with some other fillers. Hope this helps! :)

From the photos, Kybella may be a good treatment for you to reduce the amount of submental fat. Botox works very well for masseter hypertrophy. It is hard to assess with the photos. Patients do get a slimmer lower face with Botox correctly placed in the masseters. Make sure to consult with a dermatologist or plastic surgeon for great results. Hope this helps!
