I'm 22 and have noticed my Nasolabial folds getting more noticeable especially in up close photos. Also noticed volume loss around my cheeks. I'd like to treat this immediately and the best I can, thank you.

Answer: Nasolabial folds Dear Glam222,based on your photos and description, dermal fillers might be the right solution to reduce the depth of your nasolabial folds. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. You will get the best recommendations after a thorough examination.Daniel Barrett, MD, MHA, MS Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, Am. Society of Plastic Surgery

Answer: Improving Nasolabial Folds - Lasers like Fraxel/Clear + Brilliant, RF like VIVA, Peels, Fillers, Skin Care, Face Lift, Fat I recommend fillers for the folds themselves but also lifting around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, rf treatments, J Plasma and peels to get the most conservative natural look. Please see a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer
