Deep Nasolabial folds around mouth at 22, what is the best way to treat it? (photo)

I'm 22 and have noticed my Nasolabial folds getting more noticeable especially in up close photos. Also noticed volume loss around my cheeks. I'd like to treat this immediately and the best I can, thank you.

Great question and easy fix!Although it is common to see nasolabial folds at any age, when volume loss to the cheek and mid face decrease it makes the appearance of the NLF's more prominent.  To address this, I would add Voluma XC to your mid face to help support tissues in this area and create a more harmonious blend between your cheeks and your folds. I hope this helps and wish you the very best!-Gregory A Buford MD FACSBoard Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author

I recommend fillers for the folds themselves but also lifting around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, rf treatments, J Plasma and peels to get the most conservative natural look. Please see a facial sculpting expert. Thank you for your question. You are so right.
This deepening of the fold is due to volume loss in your cheeks.
So you will need to treat the cause ( cheeks) in order to address the problem ( nasolabial folds).
I recommend hyaluronic acid fillers for you.

Hi,Thank you for including photographs. This question is very common and it is important to know the normal anatomy of the face when deciding on the right treatment. The Nasolabial fold is normal and to use filler to make it go away can create a very unnatural appearance. I do not consider your NLF to be particularly deep. What I do see in your pictures is volume loss in the cheek. You would benefit more from cheek augmentation (with filler or implants) much more than from filler in the NLF.
