I'm 4"11 height and weight about 105. Pettitte with a 24 inch waist. Please help. Looking for a natural look and not to big for my body frame.
Answer: Get as many opinions as you need.
If you are 4' 11", 34 A and you want to be a full C, I would back off the 350cc or 400cc implant. You might find yourself bigger than you want. My concern also goes to the implant dimensions relative to your dimensions. Measuring systems exist to keep the implant choice within a reasonable range to avoid strange consequences. I am a fan of 3-d photo imaging systems. They allow a reliable simulation of various implant sizes and projections so you participate in the implant selection. Get as many opinions and consultations as you need to make sure that you get this right .

Answer: Find the right surgeon for you? Far more important than the technique is the skill and experience of your plastic surgeon. Choose your surgeon rather than the technique and let them explain why one technique may be better than another. See the below link on some suggestions on finding the most qualified Plastic Surgeon for you. Always insist on a board certified plastic surgeon.

Answer: Implant volume and cup size
At size 34 A each 100 cc’s of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. You would require 200 cc implants to achieve a C. I always recommend silicone gel implants placed retro-pectoral since they look and feel more natural, are more stable, less likely to ripple or have complications needing revision. I believe 350 cc to 400 cc implants would be too large for you, would extrude inferiorly and laterally requiring revision.
Best Wishes,
Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Best Breast Implant Size/ Profile for Me?
Thank you for the question and picture.
Despite good intentions, online consultants will not be able to provide you with meaningful specific advice. Ultimately, in person consultation with well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons will be necessary. Careful measurements, dimensional planning, and careful communication will be key.
Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering breast augmentation surgery ( regarding breast implant size/profile selection) is:
1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you're looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work.
2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining which operation and/or breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals.
In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. I have found that the use of words such as “natural” or "full C cup" etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful.
Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate.
3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals. Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery.
I hope this, and the attached link, helps.

Answer: Im a Small 34A Cup and Looking for a Full C Cup. Doctor is Recommending I Go with a Silicone 350CC or 400CC, Is This Too Big?
Over the internet opinions is that these sizes appears to be just fine. But again over the internet does not replace IN PERSON examinations.///
