It is diffcult to answer without a photo. In my experience, this size implant, at your small size, may put you in a D or larger. 

It is normal to have some pain in the breast after breast augmentation. I would get another opinion about the diagnosis of mastitis. I would suggest you invest five hours and visit your plastic surgeon.
