1 year ago I had submental lipo. I have always liked my face from the front but due to my underdeveloped jaw and very small chin my jawline is invisible from side. Recetly met w/ MD/DMS, and I trust them. Should I go w/2 lower tooth extractions then sliding genioplasty? It'll also open up my airway too which is constricted. Or would I really benefit from deep plane mini facelift for a beautiful jawline? 2 photos with white background are most recent!
