Is this hump/slope under my chin caused by my chin being weak/recessed? Would a genioplasty help stretch the skin? (photos)

Male, 25, 5’8”, 165 lbs. My current body fat might be around 20%, but I don’t typically gain much facial fat. However, when I talk, the skin under my chin sags unlike some other people’s where it doesn’t seem to move much. I also have a weird slope/hump under my chin which I assume is from my chin growing downward/being recessed. Would a sliding Genioplasty tighten the skin and flatten it and balance out my features? I am okay with the rest of my face but I’m insecure about my side profile/chin.
