I had double jaw surgery in Dec. 2021 (3-piece Le Fort with BSSO and genioplasty), hardware removal in May (left jaw), and chin plate removal in August. My lips still don’t seal, my chin dimples when I force my lips closed, and it looks like I have a ball on my chin because of the deep labiomental fold. I recently became resistant to Botox and friends, so that’s not an option. I know the scar band is very tight and hard. Can this be improved or will I hide from mirrors and pics forever?
