Can a genioplasty be reversed? 10 years post op, concerned about narrowing.

Hi, I had a sliding genioplasty about 10 years ago, I was wondering if it can be reversed. I used to have a nice square chin but now it's more rounded and narrower. My overall face is now more skinnier and elongated as well. My chin was vertically reduced and brought forward. I am also a male if this helps.
