Based on these photos, you seem to be a candidate for revision of inframammary fold. Correction can be done in the time of implant exchange; be sure that you address this with your surgeon and have a sound plan of treatment to avoid recurrence of deformity. Good luck.

Hello, thank you for your question. If you are receiving general anesthesia for an implant exchange speak to your plastic surgeon about that option. It is certainly possible to reduce areola size.

It appears that your implants sit low, with a long distance between the nipple-areola and the bottom of the breast. A double bubble is a crease across the lower breast. There may be a bit of this on the outer part of your breasts. You would need to have the lift re-done to reduce the areolas and move the implants up and closer together. The implants may need support with an internal bra.

Your implant has bottomed out and is projecting underneath your breast tissue. You will need an internal bra with mesh for support. Please do not go larger for your will risk bottoming out again from the added weight.

Hi, excellent question. It does look like a double bubble. I see your concerns. Sometimes the weight of the implant pushes on the areola, making it widen with time. You can certainly get that revised. Increasing cleavage can be accomplished by a lateral capsulorrhaphy or fat grafting. Hope that helps.

The crease may be either scar tissue at the base of your mastopexy, or it might be a double bubble (although I doubt this).
Revision mastopexy would reduce the size of your areolas. Better cleavage might be a possibility, however, that would require a physical exam to answer.
