To achieve a more sculpted appearance to the face, liposuction and Renuvion skin tightening would be recommended. Nice results would be provided with minimal scarring or downtime.
Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon
For a more defined jawline to strengthen your profile (and help prevent the dreaded jawline "jowl" sagging), we use injectable fillers like Revanesse Versa - a filler known to limit swelling and give subtle, soft enhancements - or Radiesse. Using a cannula to limit pain and swelling, we inject on the bone in strategic points to get more lift and shaping, resulting in a more contoured lower face and defined, structured jawline. I would suggest getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer
FaceTite is effective for treating jowls, providing a noticeable improvement in skintightness, and contouring in this specific area. While some immediate tightening can be observed, the full results of FaceTite become more apparent over several months as collagen production increases, leading to continued improvement. FaceTite can be a proactive solution for younger individuals looking to address genetic traits such as double chin or jowling, providing a preventative approach tomaintain a youthful appearance.
From your photos you appear to be a candidate for AccuTite/FaceTite. This minimally invasive procedure can tighten skin and address excess fat using radiofrequency technology. You can learn more on my website or by visiting a board certified plastic surgeon near you.
A full consultation would be necessary to address all options. Depending on the volume of fat, then liposuction can be a good option. If the looseness is muscle related then surgery might be the foundation of improvement. High quality skin care helps any intervention achieve better results in my opinion. Energy based systems such as radiofrequency, lasers, etc have been shown to be beneficial as well. In fact, use of SylfirmX (radiofrequency and microneedling) as well as carbon dioxide (CO2) laser has demonstrated wonderful changes in my practice.
More information is needed such as your age, and BMI. The very limited photograph your side profile demonstrates fat deposits located both above and below the platysma muscle. Liposuction can only accomplish removal of the fat deposits above the muscle and will be only a minimal benefit. A surgical neck lift is required to remove both compartments of fat which also includes a platysma plasty to significantly improve the jawline.
An in person evaluation is best but you may be a candidate for a tummy tuck to directly remove the excess skin. Another option is BodyTite. This minimally invasive procedure can address excess fat as well as tighten skin using RF technology. The results can be enhanced by adding Morpheus8...
From your photos and description of your concerns you may want to consider Morpheus8. This treatment combines RF technology with microneedling to improve skin tone and texture. Three sessions are typically recommended for optimal results. Visit my website to learn more!
This is a very common problem that I see with patients. From what I can see, I think it's likely that you have excess skin and fat in that region that would be best treated with an abdominoplasty. More non invasive options I not think will sufficiently treat that area as the skin has already...
