I had very tight skin prior to maxillofacial surgery for my bite. The height of my face reduced and now I have a lot of loose skin and excess fat (old fat got compressed and it looks excess for my face). How do I get rid of it? Looking for a *permanent* solution through surgery. Please note, I maintain a very low body fat percentage, so it really is excess fat and skin
