Extra skin in cleavage 4 years after breast lift with implants - What could have caused this and what are my options? (photos)

What could have caused this and what can I do to correct it? Procedure was completed 4 years ago as part of a mommy makeover. It has always been this way and growing to be more noticeable in every photo. I’d like to have it corrected and want to know what my options are.
